CLINICAL SUPERVISION

(REGISTERED ASSOCIATES)

Supervision for early-career therapists working with eating disorders, complex trauma, and neurodivergent clients. Maybe you feel competent on paper—but unsure in the room when cases get complex, high-acuity, or emotionally intense.

Currently accepting 2 individual supervisees and 1 small supervision group (3-5 clinicians)

I provide clinical supervision for associate therapists in Oregon who want to feel more confident, structured, and grounded in their clinical decision-making. My focus is on helping you work effectively with complex presentations without burnout or chronic self-doubt.

My supervision blends clinical depth, practical case formulation, and attention to the therapist’s internal experience in the room. Early-career therapists need strong, supportive supervision to build a solid clinical foundation.

While our work together will enhance your clinical skills, we’ll also address the broader systemic issues that shape our field—including institutional dysfunction, vicarious trauma, privilege, oppression, and cultural awareness. My supervision approach integrates the Discrimination and Person of the Therapist Models.

Note: I am not a CEDS Supervisor or EMDRIA-Certified.

You will likely be a good fit for supervision with me if you are:

  • An associate therapist working toward licensure in Oregon

  • Working with (or wanting to work with) eating disorders, complex trauma, or neurodivergent clients

  • Feeling unsure about how to structure, pace, or conceptualize higher-acuity cases

  • Experiencing imposter syndrome, burnout, or overwhelm in clinical work

  • Looking for supervision that is both supportive and clinically rigorous

You do not need experience or specialization in these areas—early development is welcome.

  • Individual Supervision: $125/hour

Triadic Supervision: $130/hour (split between parties)

Group Supervision: $50 per group session

Supervision is tailored to your development as a clinician, with emphasis on:

  • Case conceptualization (attachment-based + trauma-informed frameworks)

  • Treatment planning for complex presentations

  • Working effectively with eating disorders and somatic presentations

  • Navigating dissociation, shutdown, and emotional dysregulation in clients

  • Neurodivergent-affirming clinical work

  • Strengthening your clinical identity and confidence over time

  • Attention to your internal process as a therapist (countertransference, burnout prevention, etc.)

Sessions typically include:

  • Review of current client cases

  • Clinical formulation and intervention planning

  • Skill-building and clinical decision support

  • Discussion of ethical or high-acuity concerns as they arise

  • Space to reflect on your experience as a therapist in the work

What clinical experience do you have with these groups that make you a good supervisor?

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Oregon Board Approved Supervisor. My clinical background includes work with:

  • Eating disorders and body-based distress | Complex trauma and attachment disruptions | Neurodivergent clients

I also teach graduate-level counseling coursework in research methods and undergraduate family systems, which informs my supervision approach—balancing clinical depth with clear, structured thinking.

Supervision is collaborative, structured, and grounded in both theory and real-world clinical application.

  • Individual or triadic supervision: 55-60 minute sessions, weekly or biweekly

I also offer a small two-hour supervision group, depending on availability.

  • If you’re considering supervision, the next step is a brief consultation call to determine fit, answer questions, and discuss your goals.
